The Guernsey Photography Club (GPC) is committed to protecting your privacy and security.
This policy explains how and why we use your personal data, to ensure you remain informed and in control of your information.

GPC needs to comply with the data protection legislation that came into force in Guernsey on 25th May, 2018 (GDPR) and is registered with the Guernsey Office of Data Protection Authority as a Not for Profit organisation.
What you need to do:
Each member needs to respond to the Club email address or in writing as follows:
"I am happy for GPC to use and retain my data in accordance with the GPC Privacy Policy including my competition images "
Or the alternative
"I do NOT want my data retained or my competition images retained by GPC"
It's as simple as that!
